Welcome to Cherished and Birth
The Support You Deserve
I’m a trained professional that provides women with emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy and birthing. As a Birth Doula, all I want is to be there for you and help achieve your birth goals.
My Birth Package includes:
• Up to two prenatal visits.
• Continuous Labor support for you and your partner.
• Up to two hours after birth to ensure the family no longer needs me. I can be there for initial Breastfeeding support, if needed.
• Three week postpartum visit.
•"congratulations, mama!" Package that will include but not limited to: herbal teas, postpartum bath soak, a letter of your birth story in my point of view, various self care products, and one or two favorite snacks.
How I Assist
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. I will offer you tools such as, comfort touch techniques, various laboring positions, the use and rental option of a TENS labor unit.
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. Once labor has started I will be by you and your partner's side for continuous support.
At about three weeks postpartum I will visit you in the comfort of your home to see how you are doing, talk about your birth experience, drop off your "Congratulations!" Bundle, and answer any questions you may have.
